ezFormPRO provides you with a quick and easy solution for creating and submitting forms in Flash without having to hassle with coding and scripting . Simple create your form using the regular Macromedia UI form components or our light weight Bit Components, drag and drop the ezForm component onto the stage and set the parameters. Get form results in a either a text or HTML formatted email.

either Flash Player 6, 7 or 8, ActionScript 1.0 or 2.0. The webserver hosting
the form must support PHP 3 or higher (most webservers will already have php
installed).
