are not 100% satisfied with your purchase
from us, simply contact Customer
Support within 15 days from the
date you receive it (or the date it
was scheduled to arrive) and we will
refund the full price of the product(s)
in question, excluding shipping and
processing costs.

our control and are not covered by the
guarantee. Please note that we cannot
be responsible for:
Spelling, punctuation or grammatical
errors made by the customer.
Inferior quality or low-resolution of
images provided by customer.
Design errors introduced by the customer
in the document creation process.
Errors in user-selected options such
as choice of finish, quantity or product
type.
Damage to the products arising after
delivery to the customer.

and make certain that any and all content

proper quality and error free.
