Step 5	Next we will contact the webmaster of each website selected. We will contact him/her by email with a clearly written letter complimenting their site, explaining the benefits of an exchange and inviting them to reciprocate with an inbound link to your site.
Step 6	We look for vertical engines and directories within the client's site theme.
Step 7	Submission to relevant topic related directories and minor engines is next . On occasion, some of these directories require a linking fee, which we will advise whether or not to participate.
Step 8	Research linking opportunities within discussion lists, newsgroup, etc which relate to client's site.
Step 9	We will keep you (the client) up to date and informed with regular bi-weekly reports on the progress of your campaign.
