Walkthrough
Manage Category
After an admin has login to the photo gallery system, proceed to create photo categories to locate photos in an organized manner. Click on 'Admin' > 'Installation' if the Photo Gallery has yet to be installed. Now, let's proceed to upload photos.
Manage Photo & Bulk Upload
There are many ways to upload photos, admin can either add photo individually or upload photos in bulk. If he wishes to perform bulk upload, choose to upload either using Zip file, or through a FTP program which will upload photos directly to his server. Also, admin can manage his photos info, comments with relative ease and list the entire photos for viewing, otherwise browse to respective categories or search by photo title.
Membership & Approval Tool
Create multiple users with personal login accounts to access particular categories assigned by admin. Auto approve photos and comments posted by users or pending for admin approval. Notification email will be sent to users upon approval.
Preference Settings
When an admin first installed the Photo Gallery, the initial stage that need to be done is to perform general settings such as define how many records to be displayed in a page, select preferable options like enable slide show, enter a complete URL to display photo gallery in the website, enable search engine friendly URL, enable captcha image, pre-define thumbnail and enlarge photo sizes, select GD library version, preset email copies, and other settings.

Look and Feel
In user's photo album, all thumbnails will be displayed accordingly with the latest photos, and multi-level photo categories. Perform search on specific photo by browsing through the categories or enter keyword to search. Click on each thumbnail to view enlarged photo and info, post comments and view slide shows. For those with personal login accounts can access to particular photo categories assigned by admin. Feel free to send photos using a photo submission form and enter require info, browse to specific photo and submit it.
