Walkthrough ![]() Write Newsletter After admin has login to the Newsletter system, proceed to 'Write Newsletter > Create Template' to create various templates to assist admin in writing newsletter. Next, create newsletter in Rich Text format using HTML editor, and create a plain text email. Click on 'Admin' > 'Installation' if the Newsletter has yet to install. Manage Newsletter Group Organize multiple subscribers into different newsletter groups, for e.g. General group, Private group, etc to enable admin to send newsletter to respective groups with all the subscriber lists. Manage Subscriber When particular users subscribe to newsletter, their info will instantly forwarded into subscriber list or admin can manually add subscribers into the database or even import subscribers list in bulk. Easily add/edit/update list such as categorize them into specific groups, search subscribers by name or email, delete, move and edit records. Send Newsletter Schedule newsletter for delivery on specific date and all email addresses in the selected subscriber's group will be added to the schedule list. Scheduled newsletter will be sent out automatically the next time the cron runs, usually in every hour (eg: 1.00, 2.00, 3.00). Preference Settings Personalize the newsletter display properties such as define number of records to be displayed in a page. Also, enter a complete URL to display newsletter subscription page, enable image validation code in the subscription form, enter sender email address, and preset emails. |
