- Click on 'Manage Ticket > List Tickets' to display the entire tickets or you can search by 'Department', 'Ticket ID#', 'Email', 'Name', 'Date', 'Ticket Type', 'Status' or 'Enter Keyword' to search.
- By default, all 'Standard', 'New' and 'Open' tickets will be listed in the table. You can view the 'Reply' status and view 'Agent' name who handle respective tickets.
- Sort list in ascending or descending order by clicking on
or icon. You can move selected ticket(s) to your archive and easily delete them.
- When you click on
icon, a new page will prompt to you where you can view and perform editing on tickets info. Also, you can post reply using canned messages. (Please refer to the next screenshot)
