Preset Email


  1. Enable Notify Agent/Admin - Notify agent/admin of new ticket submitted.

  2. Enable Notify Agent/Admin - Notify agent/admin of replied ticket.

  3. Customer New Question Copy - Auto responder will inform sender that their question has been received, and added to the system.

  4. Customer Reply Copy - Auto responder will inform sender that their reply has been received, and added to the system.

  5. Support Reply Copy - Reply to customer tickets bearing a link to enable them to post reply.

  6. Ticket Close Copy - Notify customer when ticket is closed.

  7. Forget Password Email Copy - Email users when they have forgotten their passwords.
