- Click on 'Preference > General Settings' to personalize your back end and front end settings
- No. of Records In List Post - Define the number of records to be displayed in a 'List Post' page.
- No. of Messages In Guestbook Page - Set the limit of numbers of guestbook messages to be displayed at front-end.
- No. of Comments For Each Guestbook - Set the limit of number of comments to be displayed for each guestbook entries.
- Enable Write Comment - Check this feature to allow visitors to write comments for each guestbook entries.
- Enable Block IP - Check this option to block user IPs that matches the IPs that you have entered in 'Block IP/Word > Block IP' section.
- Enable Filter Message - Check this feature and select either 'Remove message directly' (Filter guestbook entries with stop words and remove them directly from database.) or 'Add to Filter Message section' (Guestbook entries with stop words will be housed in the 'Approval > Filtered Post' section.
- Set Date Format & Time Format - Select a date from the drop down list, and select time format either 12 Hour or 24 Hour.
- Sign Guestbook Editor - Initially, when you first setup a guestbook on your website, select either HTML Editor or Text Area for visitors to post entries. (Note : Please be reminded that, do not change the setting once you've selected any one of the editor.)
- Add Background Music To Guestbook - Browse to your music file and save it to enable playback whenever your visitors sign up your Guestbook.
- Enable Image Validation Code - To display a random text image verification in your Sign Guestbook and Post Comment forms.
- Front end URL - Enter a complete URL of your domain to display your guestbook at front-end.
- Fonts & Color - Personalize your 'Guestbook Title' font face, color and size in pixel. Also, personalize your 'Guestbook Frame Style' border color, top and content background colors.
- Guestbook Title Description - Personalize the title to display it at front-end.
