| Admin Side Tutorials Give admin a better understanding on how to create forms using available preset forms, create multiple form pages, create various fields in a form, list the entire messages submitted by users, export table from database and open it on a desktop, as well as preference settings. Walkthrough ![]() Manage Form After admin has login to the Form Designer system, proceed to 'Manage Form > Add Form' to create a brand new form or use preset form available. Insert Form Name, Web Page URL, select preferable options in enabling the system to perform 'Upon Form Submission', preset email subject and message for auto-responder and notification email. Click on 'Admin' > 'Installation' if the Form Designer is yet to install. Manage Pages Create more than one pages for a particular form and send extra email copies to multiple email addresses from different groups/departments concurrently. Manage Form Fields Create different type of fields such as Text Area, Radio Button, Drop Down Selection, Text Box, and Check Box, etc. Easily perform settings on respective fields such as define field width, enter tips, and others. Once done, preview form in a new page, refresh page to update changes, and rearrange fields sequence to display them at front-end accordingly. List Message Once users have submitted specific form at front-end, all information will be housed in back-end system, 'List Message'. Admin can view the entire user information for particular forms easily, and view only data in columns that have been selected. Export Export any data from specific table after admin has selected preferable form to export. The first step is to select a form, e.g. Feedback Form, then select field name, e.g. email, and click on Export button. Finally, view CSV file with information on admin's desktop. Preference Settings Set how many records to be displayed in a 'List Message' page and enable image text verification in created form. |
