FAQ Support Panel : Preference


General Settings


Admin Settings

  1. No. of Records In List FAQ - Define number of records to be displayed in a 'List FAQ' page.

Front End Settings

  1. No. of Latest FAQs To Display - Define how many FAQs to be displayed in the 'Latest FAQs'.

  2. No. of Top Questions To Display - Define how many questions to be displayed in the 'Top Questions'.

  3. No. of Records For Category Listing - Define how many records to be shown in the 'Category Listing'.

  4. No. of Records For Search Results - Define how many records to be shown for every 'Search Results'.

  5. Columns of Sub-categories - Define number of columns to display sub-categories.

  6. Show 'Date Add' of FAQ - Uncheck option to hide the date when a specific FAQ is added.

  7. Show 'Last Update' date of FAQ - Unselect option to hide FAQ last added date from public viewing.

  8. Show Category's Description - Uncheck option to hide category's description in front-end.

  9. Show FAQ Count For Sub-Category - Unselect option to hide the total of FAQs for each sub-category from being displayed.

  10. Show FAQ Views - Uncheck option to hide number of views in FAQ details page.

  11. Enable User To Rate FAQ - Unselect option to disallow rating from users.

  12. Show Rating of FAQ - Uncheck option to hide rating status from public viewing.

  13. Limit FAQ Rating Per Person - Restrict a user to rate more than once.

  14. Show 'Related FAQ In This Category' - Uncheck option to hide related FAQ in specific categories.

  15. Enable Print Version - Allow users to print out FAQs using the printer friendly version.

  16. Enable User To Submit Questions - Allow users to submit questions in the front-end.

  17. Date Format - Select your preferable date format from the drop down list.

  18. Front-End URL - Enter a complete URL of your domain to display your knowledgebase in your Website.

  19. FAQ Display Style - Choose between Style 1 (Display only questions) or Style 2 (Display questions at the top and answers at the bottom).

  20. Integrate with Customer Helpdesk - Select this option to integrate FAQ Support with your Customer Helpdesk. Therefore, enter the URL of your Customer Helpdesk page.
