FAQ Support Panel : User Questions


View Users' Inquiries


  1. Click on 'User Questions' to list out the entire questions/inquiries posted by users or 'Search Post' using keywords.

  2. All inquiries posted by users will be shown in a list. By default, each question status is set to 'New'. You can update the status, e.g. 'Closed' or 'Pending' and click on 'Update List' once you're done.

  3. To insert your answers into particular inquiries and add them into your FAQs, click on icon. Meanwhile, to view and edit users info and inquiries, click on icon and a page will prompt to you. From the page, click on 'Add To FAQ' to add inquiries into your knowledgebase. Hit 'Update' button to save changes and click on 'Delete' button to remove FAQ.
