- Click on 'Add FAQ' to create multiple questions and answers in your knowledgebase. Next, choose multiple categories from the pull down menu in order to locate your FAQ under specific group(s) you've created earlier.
- Select a 'Date Add' and 'Last Updated' date in yyyy-mm-dd by clicking on the
 . Then, enter your question in the text area provided.
- You can link your answer to a specific URL or write your own content. If you select 'Link to URL' option, enter full URL address and select 'Open Link In' a new window or same window. But if you select 'Content' option, personalize your FAQ answer using HTML editor.
- In the 'Search Keywords' section, enter some keywords to make your FAQ searchable. (Separate each keyword with comma). Browse file and upload it to attach with your FAQs if any.
- Define your FAQ sequence, insert/edit how many views and rating. Choose either hide or show your FAQ in your website, subsequently click on 'Add' to add FAQ into your knowledgebase.
