Manage Product Catalog
After an admin has login to the eCommerce system, proceed to create a wide series of product categories to locate various products in an organized manner. Click on 'Admin' > 'Installation' if the eCommerce has yet to be installed. Now, let's proceed to add variety of products and define quantity in stock, minimum order amount, weight, sub charges, and others. Also, add customers reviews for particular products to display them at front-end as well as edit price groups and price lists.
Manage Customer List
Create personal login account to grant customers access right to specific categories assigned by admin. But first of all, create multiple categories to locate different types of customers such as Dealer, Public, or others. Then, create customers login info to access through the front end.
Tools
Use these tools to create different zones and countries, create different type of taxes, custom-define shipping methods, and create various discount coupons during promotional period.
List Transactions
All transactions being made by customers will be located at the back-end system where admin can view and manage them.
Preference Settings
Personalize the display properties for both back-end system and front-end at admin preferences. From here, admin can select the Authorized Retailer or Payment Gateway, choose multiple payment methods, and preferable currency symbol. Besides that, how admin wants to calculate the tax, and shipping cost are based on his business requirements. It is optional to display 'random text image verification' in the member sign up form, display the 'Discount' textbox, and others. Also, insert a merchant info to be contacted by customers easily, preset notification email copies such as 'Forget password email copy'.

Look and Feel
All products in the catalog will be displayed accordingly with photos, short descriptions, prices and view details in a new page. Users can browse through the categories to select the products they want. Also, users can add product reviews or comments, rate products, login to user accounts to access past transactions history, purchase products, etc.
