Admin Side Tutorials

Give admin a better understanding on how to add various events, enable recurring events, manage event's info, create different type of events and preference settings. Browse to the respective topic at the menu section to view screenshots, step by step tutorials, and tips.


Walkthrough



Add Event
After admin has login to the Events Calendar system, proceed to create new events in 'Add Event' including event's title, venue, start date, last date, time start, time end, highlight event, set recurring event, and others.Click on 'Admin' > 'Installation' if the Events Calendar has yet to install.

List Event
List out the entire events or perform search using different criteria such as Date From, Date Until, Search Title, or Event Type. Besides, admin can manage event's details with relative ease.

Event Type
Create different type of events to manage them in an organized manner.

Preference Settings
Set how many records to be displayed in a 'List Events' page, enable printer friendly version, opt-in features, personalize fonts and colors of calendar, enter a complete URL of your domain to display Events Calendar, preset emails, and others.

Client Side Tutorials

This is an example of the Events Calendar after integration. Users can browse through different type of events they want, view upcoming events, and search event by title or venue. In the calendar itself, members can view events by year, month, week and days.
